Delete Your Account
You have the right to delete your TifunBox account and request erasure of your personal data at any time.
How to delete via the app

Open the TifunBox app
Go to Profile → Settings → Account → "Delete Account".

Confirm your identity
You may be asked to verify your mobile number via OTP before proceeding.

Submit deletion request
Tap "Delete My Account". Your request is logged immediately.

30-day processing window
Your account is deactivated instantly. Personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except records we are legally required to retain.
Data that will be deleted
- ✓Name, email address, and phone number
- ✓Delivery addresses and saved locations
- ✓Profile photo and preferences
- ✓Device push notification tokens
- ✓Order history (personal identifiers only — anonymised records may remain)
Data retained for legal reasons
- iTransaction records and invoices (7 years — GST & Companies Act requirement)
- iFraud prevention logs (2 years)
- iAnonymised, aggregated usage statistics (no personal identifiers)
